Posse Foundation Welcomes Steve Gallucci to National, Advisory Boards

Last fall Steve Gallucci, Tri-State managing partner of Deloitte, joined Posse’s national board of directors and recently was named chair of the foundation’s local New York advisory board.

As managing partner, Steve oversees Deloitte’s activities in the Tri-State marketplace, directing its business operations and managing its 5,000 employees in New York City. He is closely involved in the organization’s citizenship programs, which include collaborations with the Posse program each year.

“It was clear from discussions with many Deloitte’s professionals that Posse engages our people in a way that is inspiring and meaningful,” says Steve. “That was exciting to me and the impetus for wanting to join my colleagues in helping to advance the organization’s mission.”

Over his 27 years of experience at Deloitte, Steve has advised some of its largest clients in the consumer and industrial products, media, and private equity sectors.

“Deloitte is a business driven by our people,” he says. “Developing leadership skills and cultivating those skills through mentorship and sponsorship are central to how we operate and succeed in the marketplace. Posse instills leadership skills in its students at a critical time in their development.”

Steve currently serves on several boards, including Americares and The Madison Square Boys and Girls Club. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
