Our 3,600+ Posse alumni are changing the face of leadership

By 2020 there will be more than 6,000 Posse alumni in the workforce. Members of this Posse alumni network will sit at the tables where decisions are made and better represent the voices of all Americans.

Each year Posse comes closer to realizing its long-term goal of changing the face of leadership in the United States. The ultimate goal is to build a brand new kind of professional leadership network, one that this country has never seen before, and one that will more accurately represent the demographics of the nation. Posse alumni come from the nation’s largest urban public school systems and graduate from top colleges and universities. As they assume positions of leadership, they will reflect the concerns, values and dreams of all Americans.

To best serve its alumni, The Posse Foundation established programming with four primary components: 1) The Posse National Alumni Advisory Council (PNAAC), 2) Graduate School Affiliates, 3) The National Posse Alumni Leadership Conference, and 4) The Posse Scholar/Alumni Portal.
